Hello everybody , and everybody hello. Hey it’s the coach and I have something good for you today… How about this, I just want to work the legs with the abs. Let’s go, 100. legs raises, 200 leg raises and 50 leg raises, then back with 50 leg raises, 100 leg raises, 200 leg raises. Two sets, then you can raise up off the mat and relax because this is a quick one today. I will be back soon with some more abs work this week, let’s get these abs going so you can be showing them off this summer… Remember the goal is not getting slim it is getting healthy.
