Hello everyone and everyone hello. I am felling good today and on my way to a good work out and a good meal for the deal. Alright let’s get a little work out going. 100 high knees, 100 jumping jacks, 100 swats, 4 sets and relax . Let’s do some bag work, 3 rounds of heavy bag work and 3 rounds of speed bag work, and one round of shadow boxing. You need to see how you look after a work out like this…lol. Keep it up and going, and remember it’s not the goal of getting slim it’s the goal of getting healthy.
