Hello everyone and everyone hello. I am felling good today and on my way to a good work out and a good meal for the deal. Alright let’s get a little work out going. 100 high knees, 100 jumping jacks, 100 swats, 4 sets and relax . Let’s do some bag work, 3 rounds of heavy bag work and 3 rounds of speed bag work, and one round of shadow boxing. You need to see how you look after a work out like this…lol. Keep it up and going, and remember it’s not the goal of getting slim it’s the goal of getting healthy.

Hello everyone and everyone hello. Wow it’s been a good day in the world today with me. I got some work done out side of the house. Man that was good. Ok let’s get things going, 100 leg raises, 200 swats, 1oo more leg raises, a total of 3 sets. Hey let’s do some bag work, like 4 rounds of bag work. Let’s hit that bag like it’s your enemy not your friend, let’s put the time in. Ok let’s do some rope jumping, like 3 rounds, now you are getting down. Alright let’s smile because we are done , like a chicken in the oven. I will see you soon, maybe night or noon, when I take the room.
