Wow, guys is a hard day down here on the mat. Today is my mat day/four sets of leg raises, 100, a set. I will get it done. One two, one two, three four, three four, let’s get this going wright out the door. 100 leg raises, 2oo high knees, and 300 push ups. That’s all folks.

Hello guys and how are you doing? Fine I hope, if you are like me, just trying to stay off that slipper slope. Hey this morning we will start off with leg raises and swats, lets do 100,of each set of five and finish with a total of five hundred. Wow! we are done, and finish, we, lets get a hundred jumping jacks in as well. Hey we are doing good, in the boxing neighborhood . Hey I will talk to  you in a couple of days, keep punching and less munching and the weight will keep dropping and never stopping.
